Shipping zones

VOOMA currently ships to mainland France as well as to European Union countries.

Shipping methods

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in France. Deliveries are handled by our logistics partner Chronopost, with delivery against signature depending on the destination.

Processing and delivery times

  • Order preparation: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Mainland France: 2 to 4 business days after shipping
    • European Union: 3 to 7 business days after shipping

These times are given for guidance only and may vary during periods of high activity or in the event of exceptional circumstances.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are:

  • calculated at checkout and displayed before order confirmation, or
  • free when specified on the site (one-time or promotional offer).

Order tracking

Once the order has shipped, a tracking number is sent by email so that the customer can follow the delivery of their package in real time.

Receiving your order 

Customers are advised to check the condition of the package upon receipt. In the event of any issue (damaged, opened or missing package), the customer must note reservations with the carrier and contact VOOMA as soon as possible.
